Yes, It is possible to set up plots for WQ. A few friends of mine and I RPed out a Wolfs rain in it, and it was really fun actually. Its fun to chase tresspassers out of your pack by 'flaming' them with get-outs and such. Set up a rivalry with some other pack, or maybe some othe member? Or maybe have an in-pack plot by having someone play some evil character invading your lands?
